About the Course
A large share of leaders report being under increased stress, with many feeling depleted by the end of an ordinary day, a burnout pattern sometimes described as ‘quiet cracking’ when it goes unaddressed. Emotional intelligence is the leadership capability most directly linked to recognizing and responding to these pressures in both leaders and their teams.
This programme builds practical emotional-intelligence capability across self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and relationship management, extended to recognizing early burnout and psychological-safety warning signs in teams, using established EQ frameworks and structured self-assessment.
Participants leave with a personal EQ development plan and a team psychological-safety early-warning checklist, ready to apply immediately to their own self-regulation and team leadership practice.
Target Participants
Managers and team leaders at all levels, HR and people-development professionals, Leaders in high-stress or high-stakes roles, Professionals transitioning into people-leadership, and Executives seeking to strengthen interpersonal impact.
