About the Course
Organizations are moving beyond conversational AI toward systems that can plan, call tools, retrieve information, execute multi-step workflows and coordinate tasks with limited supervision. Agentic AI creates new opportunities for productivity and service improvement, but it also introduces operational, security and governance challenges because autonomous actions can affect systems, data, customers and business processes.
This advanced programme provides a practical, business-oriented foundation for designing and governing agentic workflows.
