About the Course
Organizations across every sector are navigating near-constant disruption, from AI adoption and restructuring to shifting regulation and market volatility. Leaders frequently report limited confidence in decision quality during transformation, and most change initiatives still fall short of their intended benefits because the human and organizational dimensions of change are managed as an afterthought rather than a discipline.
This comprehensive ten-day programme equips participants with a complete, current change management toolkit, from diagnosis and stakeholder engagement through communication, resistance management, culture change and AI-enabled change analytics. Participants work with established frameworks including Kotter’s 8-Step Model, ADKAR, Lewin’s model, the 7-S Framework and Bridges’ Transition Model, learning when and how to apply each.
Participants leave with a complete change management plan built around a real or simulated organizational transformation, including a stakeholder engagement plan, communication strategy, resistance-management plan and a change governance structure they can apply immediately to lead or support transformation in their own institutions.
Target Participants
Change managers and change management practitioners, Senior and middle managers leading transformation initiatives, Project and programme managers, Human resource and organizational development professionals, Internal consultants and change agents, and Executives sponsoring institutional transformation.
