About the Course
Organizations across sectors face an increasing frequency of operational crises, natural disasters, security incidents, system failures and public-health emergencies, that demand rapid, structured leadership response. This programme focuses specifically on operational and tactical crisis response and emergency management, distinct from the strategic-level disruption and scenario-planning capability developed in Devimpact’s Strategic Leadership in Crisis and Disruption programme.
