ABOUT THE COURSE
Organizations increasingly operate across more diverse teams, spanning generation, geography, culture and working arrangement, and research consistently links inclusive leadership behaviour, not policy alone, to stronger team performance, retention and decision quality, distinct from and complementary to organization-wide diversity policy work.
This programme builds the practical, day-to-day leadership behaviours that create inclusive teams: inclusive communication and decision-making, recognizing and interrupting bias in daily management practice, adapting leadership style across cultural and generational difference, and building equitable access to opportunity, feedback and advancement within a team.
Participants leave with a personal inclusive-leadership practice plan and a team-inclusion action plan, focused on concrete daily leadership behaviours rather than organizational policy, complementing Devimpact’s Women in Leadership programme with a broader inclusive-leadership capability for all managers.
