About the Course
Team performance, not individual capability alone, increasingly determines organizational results as work becomes more cross-functional and less hierarchical. Weak delegation remains a common driver of team underperformance, while flattening structures demand stronger horizontal team-leadership capability.
This programme builds practical team-leadership capability: team formation and development stages, diagnosing team performance gaps, delegation and accountability systems, and building the trust and psychological safety that sustain high performance under pressure.
Participants leave with a team-diagnostic assessment and a team-performance improvement plan for their own team, directly applicable to strengthening delegation, accountability and collaboration from the first week back at work.
Target Participants
Team leaders and supervisors, Middle managers responsible for team performance, Project and programme managers, Cross-functional team leads, and Managers transitioning into people-leadership roles.
