About the Course
Women remain underrepresented at senior leadership levels across most sectors and geographies, with documented gaps in sponsorship access, negotiation outcomes and visibility for stretch assignments continuing to slow advancement even where pipeline representation has improved.
This programme builds career-advancement capability specifically for women leaders: negotiation and self-advocacy, building sponsorship (as distinct from mentorship) relationships, navigating visibility and credibility dynamics, and leading authentically within organizational cultures that were not always designed with women’s advancement in mind.
Participants leave with a personal career-advancement strategy and a sponsorship-cultivation plan, focused specifically on the advancement barriers the evidence shows most affect women leaders’ progression.
Target Participants
Women in current or aspiring management and leadership roles, Women identified for senior-leadership succession pipelines, Organizations running women’s leadership development initiatives, and Women entrepreneurs and business leaders.
