About the Course

Inclusive development and humanitarian action require deliberate strategies that protect vulnerable groups and promote gender equality. This course on Protection, Gender, and Inclusion is designed to equip professionals and practitioners with practical skills and tools to apply principles in programs, policies, and service delivery. Participants will explore key concepts, and adaptable frameworks that support inclusive, rights-based approaches across sectors. Through this course, participants will develop the capacity to identify and respond to protection risks, apply gender and inclusion perspectives in project planning, and support within their organizations.

Target Participants

This course is ideal for development and humanitarian professionals, social workers, program officers, project managers, policy advocates, government and non-governmental staff, and community-based organization leaders who are involved in service delivery, planning, and decision-making processes. The course is relevant across multiple sectors including health, education, livelihoods, WASH, child protection, governance, and emergency response.
