About the Course
Organizations may support gender equality externally while still experiencing internal gaps in recruitment, pay, promotion, leadership representation, flexibility, care support, workplace safety or organizational culture. Workplace gender equality therefore requires systematic diagnosis and management action rather than one-off sensitization.
This course equips HR, managers and organizational leaders to assess and strengthen workplace gender equality. It covers workforce data, recruitment, progression, pay equity, performance systems, flexible work, care responsibilities, harassment prevention, inclusive leadership, culture and accountability.
Participants develop a workplace gender diagnostic, representation analysis, recruitment checklist, pay-equity review framework, harassment-prevention controls, leadership actions and an organizational gender equality plan.
Target Participants
HR managers and professionals; organizational development staff; managers and supervisors; diversity and inclusion specialists; gender focal points; compliance and ethics staff; senior leaders; labour-relations practitioners and consultants.
