About the Course
Artificial intelligence is reshaping research, writing, monitoring, analysis and workflow design across public relations. At the same time, communicators face heightened responsibilities around accuracy, transparency, bias, privacy, intellectual property and the reputational consequences of publishing AI-assisted content without adequate human review.
This course focuses on responsible, practical AI use across the PR workflow. It covers AI-assisted research, prompt design, content development, media intelligence, stakeholder analysis, campaign planning, productivity, quality assurance and governance. The course is grounded in the principle that AI augments professional judgement rather than replaces accountability.
Participants will design controlled AI workflows for selected communication tasks and develop an organizational AI use protocol for PR teams. Practical work includes prompt libraries, content verification checklists, monitoring workflows, human-review standards and risk controls that help institutions adopt AI without compromising trust.
Target Participants
Public relations professionals, corporate communication teams, media officers, digital communication specialists, corporate affairs staff, content teams, public information officers, communication managers and institutional leaders responsible for adopting AI in communication functions.
