About the Course
Transformation programmes frequently fail to achieve intended adoption because stakeholders receive late, inconsistent or overly technical communication. Change communication must help people understand why change is occurring, what it means for them, what decisions have been made, what remains uncertain and how they can participate or raise concerns.
This course equips communication, HR, transformation and project professionals to plan communication across the change lifecycle. It covers change impact analysis, stakeholder segmentation, change narrative design, leadership alignment, manager communication, employee listening, resistance, communication sequencing, adoption measurement and lessons learning.
Participants will develop a change communication plan for a real or simulated transformation initiative. Practical outputs include a change narrative, stakeholder impact map, manager toolkit, communication calendar, listening framework, resistance tracker and adoption dashboard.
Target Participants
Communication professionals, HR teams, change managers, transformation offices, project managers, corporate affairs staff, internal communication specialists, managers leading restructures or digital transformation, and consultants supporting organizational change.
