About the Course
Pension institutions need a clear view of whether they are delivering efficiently, protecting member interests and progressing toward strategic objectives. Investment returns alone do not provide that picture. Management and trustees also need to monitor contribution collection, benefit processing, operating cost, data quality, compliance, service levels, projects, risk and member experience using a balanced set of meaningful performance indicators.
This course equips participants to design a practical performance management framework for pension institutions. It covers strategic alignment, KPI design, target setting, performance dashboards, administrative and investment metrics, member-service indicators, benchmarking and performance review. Participants learn how to avoid excessive or weak measures and instead build a concise scorecard that supports accountability, early intervention and continuous improvement.
Participants will learn to distinguish activity measures from indicators that genuinely show whether the fund is delivering efficient, compliant and member-focused outcomes. The course supports the development of a balanced performance framework linking strategic priorities to investment results, administrative efficiency, service quality, risk, compliance and cost, supported by clear targets, dashboards and management review routines.
Target Participants
Pension executives, strategy teams, operations managers, finance managers, trustees, performance officers, HR leaders, risk professionals, investment teams and managers responsible for organizational performance.
